Is shipping really free?
Yes, with no minimum spend, across the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Latin America. To Norway, Canada, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, shipping is charged at CHF 16.
How long until I receive my order?
Your order is dispatched within 24 hours (business days). Allow 6 to 9 business days to Switzerland and 4 to 9 business days in Europe and the United States, from payment to receipt. For Canada, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, we do not give an estimated delivery time. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to more than thirty countries. Shipping is free to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus nine Latin American countries; it is charged at CHF 16 to Norway, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand and Israel.
Do you ship to Argentina?
Not at the moment. In Latin America we ship — free of charge — to Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
Will I have anything extra to pay on delivery?
No. The price you see is the final price, all fees and taxes included — nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days. Return postage is at your expense — unless the item is defective or not as ordered, in which case we cover it in full. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Can I exchange for another colour?
Yes. Write to us with your order number.

What are the bags made of?
A translucent jelly-effect TPU: supple, light, water-resistant and easy to clean.
Is the bag completely transparent?
It is translucent: it hints without revealing everything. Slip a pouch inside for anything that should stay private.
How do I care for it?
A soft, slightly damp cloth is all it takes. Air-dry away from direct heat. See our Care page.
Are the charms compatible with every model?
Yes. They clip onto the handle or clasp of any bag in the collection.
What is the difference between the Jelly Firkin and the Mini?
Same line, two formats: the Jelly Firkin is the signature model, carried on the arm or in the hand; the Mini is its compact version, for the essentials.
Where can I see or try a Jelly Firkin in person?
La Firkin sells online only, through its official store lafirkin.com: there is no physical shop, in Switzerland, France or anywhere else. You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind (return postage at your expense).
