Shipping costs

Shipping is free, with no minimum spend, to 27 countries: mainland France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Czechia, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.

For 8 other destinations, a shipping contribution of CHF 16 applies, converted into your currency and shown before payment: the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore and Norway.

Delivery times

Your order is dispatched within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

Estimated delivery: 4 to 9 working days, from payment confirmation to receipt, by express carrier, for mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Switzerland: 6 to 9 working days, as this country is not served by our express network.

For other destinations, the delivery time depends on the carrier and is provided with your tracking number.

These times are good-faith estimates; they may vary during peak periods or in the event of a carrier incident.

Final price

The total displayed when you order is the final price. All taxes are included and any shipping costs (CHF 16 for the 8 destinations listed) are shown before payment: you have nothing to pay on receipt. Only the cost of sending an item back, in the event of a return, is at your expense.

Tracking and delays

A tracking link is sent to you as soon as your order ships. If your parcel has not arrived beyond the stated time, write to us at contact@lafirkin.com: we will open an investigation with the carrier. In accordance with article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code, you may terminate the contract and be refunded if delivery does not take place within a reasonable additional period.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully when placing your order. A typing error may cause a delay or the return of the parcel; contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake, before dispatch.
