Shipping is free, with no minimum spend, across the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Latin America. To Norway, Canada, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, shipping is charged at CHF 16.
Your order is dispatched within 24 hours of payment (business days). You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
Estimated delivery: 6 to 9 business days to Switzerland, 4 to 9 business days in Europe and the United States, from payment to receipt, by express carrier. This is an estimate; it may vary during busy periods. For Canada, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, we do not give an estimated delivery time.

Shipping is free to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus nine Latin American countries; it is charged at CHF 16 to Norway, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand and Israel.

The price you see is the final price. All taxes and fees are included: nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns — 30 days
You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind. Return postage is at your expense; if the product is defective or not as ordered, it is entirely on us.
Conditions: the item must be unworn and undamaged, in its original condition and packaging.
