No. PU is a polyurethane, a synthetic material: this bag contains no leather. If you are looking for the version in full-grain cowhide lined in leather, that is Le Firkin, at €112.
What is the difference with Le Firkin in leather?
The material, and nothing else. The line, the dimensions, the clasp, the shades and the buckles are identical. Full-grain leather carries a natural grain, takes on a patina over the years and needs care; PU does not take on a patina, keeps its original look, is unaffected by water and wipes clean with a damp cloth. Does it take on a patina over time?
