Does it look “plasticky”?

It's the question that comes up most, and also what our customers comment on most. The TPU is thick and structured, the handles are topstitched, and the bag keeps its shape. Hannah, verified review: “I was afraid it would look plasticky, but the quality really is there.”

Is it big enough?

Can people see what's inside?

Partly, and that's the whole point of the jelly effect: the tinted material hints at shapes without giving away the detail. If you carry personal items, a small pouch inside settles the question.

Is it really rainproof?

Yes, TPU is water-resistant: a shower won't mark it, unlike leather. Just keep it away from direct heat.

What are the delivery times?

How do I clean it?

A soft, slightly damp cloth is enough. Air-dry away from direct heat. No special product is needed.

Can I mix colours in a bundle?

Yes. Choose 2 or 3 bags then a different colour for each: the bundle price still applies.

How do you open the bag?

Press the small padlock on the clasp: it lifts and releases the flap. The key is decorative and does not open the bag — it is a leather-goods detail borrowed from classic house bags. There is no need to force anything, the clasp opens easily.
