What is the Héritage bag?

The Héritage is the Maison's retro bag: cowhide leather with an embossed reptile grain, a wrap-over flap and a woven lining. It measures 31 × 15 × 25 cm for 800 g, is worn on the shoulder or crossbody, and has an interior zip pocket and card slots. Nine autumn shades, from deep brown to fuchsia.

Is the Héritage real leather?

Yes. The Héritage is made of cowhide leather, worked with an embossed reptile grain and lined with a woven fabric. Along with Le Firkin, it is the only bag of the Maison that is not made of translucent TPU — the Héritage is entirely opaque.

What is an embossed reptile grain?

“Embossed” means the grain is pressed into the hide in relief, not printed on top of it: you can feel it under the finger. That is what gives the Héritage its way of reading light in touches, scale by scale, where a printed pattern sends the light back all at once.

What are the dimensions of the Héritage, and what fits inside?

31 cm wide, 15 cm deep, 25 cm high, for 800 g. It is a full-day format: the diary, the book, the pouch and the essentials all fit together without the bag losing its line.

Is it worn on the shoulder or crossbody?

Both. The strap adjusts for a short shoulder carry or a crossbody carry, and the wrap-over flap closes in either position.

Why isn't the Héritage translucent?

It is the deliberate counterpoint to the translucent line. Where the Jelly Firkin plays on light and colour, the Héritage looks for depth: muted autumn shades, opaque cowhide leather, a grain that catches. Two ways of carrying the same silhouette.

Nine: Brown, Khaki, Light khaki, Grey, Light grey, Black, Green, Blue and Fuchsia.
