What is the same everywhere
- Dispatched within 24 business hours of payment confirmation; tracking number e-mailed as soon as the parcel is collected.
- The total shown at checkout is the final price; any shipping fee (CHF 27 for the 18 far-away destinations, and for Canada below EUR 60) appears before you pay.
- Far-away destinations: customs duties are paid, nothing to pay on delivery.
- 30 days to change your mind, item unworn in its original packaging; return postage is at your expense, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Countries we do not serve
