What is the same everywhere
- Dispatched within 24 business hours of payment confirmation; tracking number e-mailed as soon as the parcel is collected.
- The total shown at checkout is the final price; any shipping fee (CHF 27 for the 21 far-away destinations) appears before you pay.
- 30 days to change your mind, item unworn in its original packaging; return postage is at your expense, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Countries we do not serve
We do not yet ship to Argentina or Panama. If your country is not in the table, the order cannot be completed at the address step.
